You already do in the customiser. We don’t send extra email mockups. Please proofread names, dates and numbers — there’s a basic spell check, but we print as entered.

Most phone photos with good light and clear colors will do fine.

When you upload a photo, it’s placed inside a shape mask and you can zoom in/out to fit it. You’ll see the result live in the mask and then in the product preview (works the same for ornaments and mugs).

Quick tips

• Size: Anything over 1000 px on the horizontal edge is fine (modern phone photos are much larger).
• Quality: Good light, clear colours, and a sharp subject.
• Framing: Leave a bit of space around key details so the mask doesn’t crop them.
• Expect a gentle, natural softness: Sublimation prints have a slightly softened look by design.

Yes. Enter distance, elevation, dates or a short message. Prefer clean numbers? Rounded stats are perfectly fine.

Production usually 2–4 business days, then shipping based on your region. Orders are fulfilled as locally as possible (EU/UK/US/CA).

Both mugs and ornaments are high-quality ceramic and printed via sublimation, which bonds the artwork permanently into the surface.

• Mugs: Built for everyday use; normal dishwasher and microwave use is fine.
  
• Ornaments: Also sublimated and very durable. They’re keepsakes—not meant for microwaves or dishwashers—but with ordinary care they’ll last for decades.

It’s calculated at checkout by location and item. Mixed orders (e.g., a mug and an ornament) may ship separately and show separate shipping.

Edits are only possible before production starts. Personalised items are made to your specification and are not returnable unless there’s a print or transit issue.
